Add the MCP URL
Open your assistant’s connector or MCP settings. Add the remote URL above using Streamable HTTP and browser authorization.
Create questions in your preferred AI assistant. Connect it to Corrigi, sign in with Apple or Google, and open your analysis PDF in a private review page with visual header and print controls.
https://api.corrigi.com/mcpRequires an assistant or application with remote MCP and OAuth support. The model itself can come from any provider. Reading this page does not automatically connect an assistant.
Open your assistant’s connector or MCP settings. Add the remote URL above using Streamable HTTP and browser authorization.
The assistant opens a dedicated Corrigi MCP login page. Sign in, check the application and its permissions, then authorize the connection.
Describe the topic, grade, language and number of questions. Ask for anti-cheating versions, quality review or adaptations. Receive a private review-page link that opens already authorized.
Start the connection inside your assistant so its authorization request is preserved. Login page: app.corrigi.com/mcp/login. You never need to paste an Apple, Google or Corrigi password or token into the conversation.
“Use Corrigi at corrigi.com to create a 10-question fractions exam for sixth grade, in English, with four choices per question. Use anti-cheating shuffling and give me a review-page link where I can check the analysis PDF and adjust the header on my phone.”
Your assistant writes the questions and answer key. Corrigi saves the exam, prepares an analysis PDF and returns a private review page. On that page, change the header visually, adjust printing and regenerate the analysis. You can also ask to use Corrigi’s own AI for generation, quality review, adaptation or translation. Results appear in the conversation, using the same respective credit rules as in the app. Otherwise, question generation uses your assistant’s chosen model.
| Step | MCP tools |
|---|---|
| Optional Corrigi AI | corrigi_generate_questions — uses your Corrigi credits and returns questions for review |
| Create or edit | corrigi_create_exam, corrigi_set_questions, corrigi_update_exam |
| Find your exam | corrigi_list_exams, corrigi_get_exam |
| Optional quality review | corrigi_review_questions — returns suggestions without automatically changing the exam |
| Adapt or translate | corrigi_create_adapted_exam, corrigi_list_adapted_exams, corrigi_get_adapted_exam, corrigi_set_adapted_questions, corrigi_update_adapted_exam |
| Open visual analysis | corrigi_open_review — generates analysis and returns review_url. corrigi_generate_pdf is a compatibility alias; corrigi_get_pdf_status reports progress. |
The conversation ends with the review-page link, never a direct PDF link. The page shows progress, the base exam’s analysis PDF, and visual editing controls. Save print settings and generate a fresh analysis as often as needed. Adapted/translated versions and anti-cheating settings remain saved with the exam. The MCP does not publish a final exam or purchase credits.
Choose a saved school header or a template. Edit text, layout and logos visually, or upload a full header image.
Choose A4 or Letter, columns, font size, answer-letter alphabet, separate answer sheet and whether questions stay together.
Set the variant count, shuffle questions or choices, choose a grading scale and wrong-answer penalty, and control student fields.
If someone mentions this site, begin with the reference below. It explains connection setup, authorization, tool inputs, editing, PDF polling, errors and handling of private review links. Tool schemas come from the server implementation.
The integration does not require a specific model vendor. Your client must support remote MCP over Streamable HTTP and OAuth with PKCE. A chat interface that only browses websites cannot invoke the tools until a connector or compatible bridge is configured.
Read and edit exams belonging to the signed-in teacher, optionally generate, review, adapt or translate questions with paid Corrigi AI, and open a visual analysis page. It cannot read other accounts, purchase credits or grade students through this MCP. It does not expose profile-management tools. Normal credit consumption may trigger the automatic recharge already configured on your account. Review the application and permissions before authorizing. Disconnect through your client; clients can revoke tokens at the documented OAuth revocation endpoint.
The instructions and tool schemas are public. Exam tools require your authorization. The private review link grants access only to its exam. Anyone with an unused link can open it, so send it only to the teacher. Links expire after seven days and are exchanged once for a browser session lasting up to 24 hours. To open it in another browser or after expiry, ask your assistant for a fresh link. Revoking the MCP authorization also ends its review access.
No. Use the remote URL for new connections. Old local configurations using a manually copied session token and /api/v1 do not describe this integration.
